The PACC will not accommodate walk-ins for Conference Room Space under any circumstances. Space MUST be reserved in advance and is subject to availability. This applies to all members, non-members and Board Members.
The PACC reserves the right to deny rental for any reason.
The PACC requires payment in full at time of Conference Room Reservation. Payment must be received with the completed Rental Space Reservation Form. Should payment not be received, your reservation will not be completed.
Payment may be made via check, cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX or Discover).
The PACC will not invoice for Rental Space Fees. All fees must be paid up-front.
The PACC will not offer Conference Room Space Rentals on any holiday the PACC Office is closed for.
The PACC will also have Black Out Times/Dates throughout the year when Conference Room Rental Space will be unavailable due to various Chamber activities.
